What you can do, what you can't, and what we both agree to when you use Simulated Sphere Innovations (SSI).
Who this covers
These terms apply to anyone who accesses or uses any SSI product: our website, course platform, events, API, or any related service. By using any of it, you're agreeing to these terms. If you're using SSI on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on their behalf too.
Today that means this website and the events we run through it. The sections below on accounts, course access and course refunds apply to Sphere Academy and Sphere Training Platform, which are in development. They take effect for you when you sign up for one of them. How we handle the personal data you give us is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. One account per person, so don't share access. If you spot unauthorised activity, tell us immediately at security@simulatedsphere.com.
Course access
When you purchase a course, you get lifetime access for personal, non-commercial learning. That means:
- You can watch, rewatch, and download lesson materials for your own use
- You cannot resell, redistribute, or share your access with others
- You cannot use course content to build competing products
Intellectual property
All content on the platform (videos, code, text, graphics, certificates) belongs to Simulated Sphere Innovations or its instructors. Your purchase grants you a personal license to use it. It doesn't transfer ownership.
Your own work submitted in projects or forums remains yours. By posting it, you grant SSI a license to display it within the platform for educational purposes.
Things you can't do
- Scrape, copy, or mirror platform content at scale
- Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users
- Attempt to breach or circumvent our security measures
- Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others
We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund for repeated or severe violations.
Limitation of liability
SSI provides courses and services in good faith. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from platform use. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period won't exceed what you paid us in that same period.
Changes to these terms
We'll email you at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use SSI after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
